Limited-Time Products
Our monthly collections are only available through the end of the calendar month. Orders placed by the last day of the month will be fulfilled normally, even if they arrive the next month. Once the month ends, the collection will be gone!

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your item hasn’t arrived after 20 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at colorlionjen@gmail.com and we’ll help you track it down.

Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, color, or change of mind).

However, if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at colorlionjen@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace or refund it.
