All items are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print providers. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:

You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships. Please note that shipping times may vary due to location and seasonal demand.
Limited-Time Products
Our monthly collections are only available through the end of the calendar month. Orders placed by the last day of the month will be fulfilled normally, even if they arrive the next month. Once the month ends, the collection will be gone!Shipping Costs

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, color, or change of mind).
However, if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at colorlionjen@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace or refund it.
